I've weakened the affects of every card, and the most undesirable cards will no longer automatically remove any PCs from play, instead providing adventure hooks for future sessions. I designed it with 5th level being the absolute minimum any PC should be before playing with it, but 7th level is probably more appropriate. So here's my first draft of a Deck of Nerfed Things which is more of a rare-level item than a legendary item. I've always liked the idea of the Deck of Many Things, but hated it's game-breaking ability even at extremely high levels. ![]()
